What is the 2018 Social Security Payment Schedule?
If you would like to know when you'll get your Social Security checks in 2018, we can help. Each year, the Social Security Administration publishes a payment schedule so you know when your payment will be deposited in your account. The date the actual payment is made depends on your birthday. If you were born during the first 10 days of the month, then your payments will come on the second Wednesday of that month (marked with a blue box below). For those born between the 11th and the 20th of any given month, the payment should be made on the third Wednesday (marked with a gray box below). Finally, those born on the 21st or after within a given month receive their benefit on the fourth Wednesday of the month (marked with a red box below). See below for the full 2018 Social Security Payment Schedule as published by the Social Security Administration.
2018 Supplemental Security Income Payment Schedule
If you are receiving Supplemental Security Income, your payment is deposited on the 1st day of each month (indicated by the red dot below), unless the 1st of the month falls on a weekend or holiday, at which point your payment will be deposited the following business day.
